How is the product delivered?

All files are available for download as Quicktime .MOV files.

How do I download my product after checkout?

Once you have purchased your file and paid through PayPal, you will automatically be redirected back to HD Backs to initiate your download. In the case where you are not redirected, a link to your download will also be sent to the email address you provided through PayPal.

Will the purchased videos be watermarked?

No, all video files are free of any branding or watermarking.

How long are downloads available?

Download links expire 90 days after purchase. Once you have successfully completed your download(s), we recommend you make a backup.

Will your products work in my software?

HD Backs will open natively on almost any computer with Quicktime Player installed. If you have an issue playing our files, please contact us.

What am I allowed to do with your products?

By purchasing our products, you agree that you will use them in your organization only. You also agree that any and all items included in your purchase may not be sold or redistributed in any capacity. You can download our full license agreement for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

All of our transactions are handled through PayPal. PayPal accepts most major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Discover & American Express and no account is required to complete your purchase.

Is the purchase process secure?

Yes. The entire checkout process is handled through PayPal, a leader in online purchasing. All of your information is handled directly through their secure servers and is never stored on our site.

I paid using a PayPal E-Check. Why did I not receive my order?

We accept PayPal E-Check payments, but unfortunately cannot issue download links to your order until the E-Check payment has cleared. Once the E-Check clears through PayPal, the download links will be emailed to you automatically.

Can I order by phone or mail?

No, sorry. We only allow purchases through our site. We currently do not accept cash, checks, money orders or purchase orders.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day guarantee on all of our products. If you are not happy with a product and have not or will not use it in a production, please contact us and we will gladly issue a full refund.

Refunds will be issued through PayPal, only to the email address the product was purchased with.
